Common Questions
- What if I refer a bar and they do not book right away?
- Referrals are tracked for 90 days. If they book a consultation within 90 days of clicking your link, you get credited. If they book after 90 days, no credit, but you can always refer them again with your link.
- What if two affiliates refer the same bar?
- First click wins. We track the first click that landed on the site, and that affiliate gets the credit.
- Do I get paid on recurring services or just the first invoice?
- First invoice only. Simple, clean, no ongoing tracking to worry about. If they buy Kit 1 ($1,041) as their first invoice, you get $208.20 and we are square.
- Can I refer bars outside NYC?
- We only serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, and NJ are out of scope for now. If you refer a bar outside our zone, we thank you but there is no payout because there is no service.
- What if my referral cancels or asks for a refund?
- If the bar cancels within 14 days and gets a refund, the payout is reversed. After 14 days, the payout is locked and yours regardless.
- Is there a contract to sign?
- Yes. A short one-page affiliate agreement. It is essentially: you refer honestly, we pay promptly, either party can end the arrangement with 30 days notice. Sent when you are approved.
- How do I get my rep sheet?
- On the onboarding call. It is a one-pager you can print or send by email. Covers our 7 services, the 2 kits, pricing, service area, and your personal link with a QR code.
